David leads JLL's successful North Shore agency team where he focusses on working exclusively with large corporate tenants,
development sites and investment properties.

With more than 20 years' experience in real estate, David has crafted his career whilst working for a number of commercial
property companies in New Zealand, including Barfoot & Thompson, Bayleys and JLL. His roles ranged from leading Barfoot
& Thompson's North Shore Commercial division to working as a North Shore and West Auckland industrial broker.

David's passion and enthusiasm for commercial real estate has seen him take home some of the industry's top awards.

Prior to commencing a career in property, David worked in London and Sydney in corporate finance, working for ABN AMRO, ING
Barings and Credit Suisse First Boston.

David also has a strong sporting background and represented North Harbour in rugby for five years and is a former director on
the North Harbour Rugby Union Board.

development sites and investment properties.

With more than 20 years' experience in real estate, David has crafted his career whilst working for a number of commercial
property companies in New Zealand, including Barfoot & Thompson, Bayleys and JLL. His roles ranged from leading Barfoot
& Thompson's North Shore Commercial division to working as a North Shore and West Auckland industrial broker.

David's passion and enthusiasm for commercial real estate has seen him take home some of the industry's top awards.

Prior to commencing a career in property, David worked in London and Sydney in corporate finance, working for ABN AMRO, ING
Barings and Credit Suisse First Boston.

David also has a strong sporting background and represented North Harbour in rugby for five years and is a former director on
the North Harbour Rugby Union Board.
