Sam is the National Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing based in Auckland. He specialises in working with a number of Trans-Tasman tenants and occupiers with property exposure in New Zealand. His depth of knowledge also sees him work with numerous blue chip tenants, developers, and various listed and non-listed property institutions.

Being highly accomplished in all aspects of industrial sales, real estate transactions and real estate development, Sam draws on his experience to assist him in driving the growth of the JLL industrial services division across New Zealand. As part of this, Sam has built a highly successful sales and leasing team with a complete focus on the South Auckland industrial market, who have doubled JLL’s market share and revenue in the region by more than 100% year on year.

Sam has built a strong team who are forward thinking in their approach and driven to do achieve the best results for their clients. Sam has over a decade’s worth of property experience in Auckland and currently holds a Master Agency for Tainui Group Holdings Inland Port (32ha) and logistics precinct (100ha).
