Leveraging our broad and innovative resource base, combined with his well-established networks enables him to consistently deliver opportunities for clients to achieve their ambitions.

Prior to joining the team, Tim spent the past few years with a local boutique agency business where he also worked closely with specialist consultants integral to the leasing process. It was during this time that he cemented his relationships with the key stakeholders in the Auckland CBD market. As a result, he has completed numerous leasing transactions across the size range spectrum.
