Graham Kristiffor

As part of the JLL Leadership team, Graham is primarily responsible for delivering key initiatives and solutions for tenants and landlords, driving growth across JLL's leasing services.

Graham began his commercial career in Auckland before moving to the UK in 1998, where he worked for Grosvenor Estates. After relocating back to Auckland in 2001, he gained extensive experience in agency, development, and portfolio management.

Driven by client satisfaction, Graham is dedicated to finding the right solution for tenants through a structured, yet flexible process designed to ensure the best property solution. With the tenant at the centre of everything he does, Graham emphasizes the importance of listening and thoroughly understanding business needs before taking action - utilising superior market knowledge and insight.

Throughout his career, Graham has partnered with a range of multinational and national companies, completing significant office transactions with clients including PwC, NZ Super, AMP, Chapman Trip, Jarden, Apple, Auckland Transport, Vero, UBS, Aon, ICBC, Findex, McVeagh Fleming, Hays, Regus, Rothbury, HSBC, Willis, Marsh, NZ Funds, NZTA, Wilson Parking and Kindercare.
