Ranesh Parmar

For over a decade, Ranesh has been actively involved in the retail sales and leasing industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked tirelessly to establish his place as one of the city’s premier retail sales and leasing agents, specializing in the commercial food and beverage sector.​

​From winning JLL’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 2013, through to consecutive accolades for ‘Most Settled Deals’, Ranesh has a natural aptitude to deliver effective strategies for his clients across such a dynamic sector of business. A highly motivated, professional and communicative, he has facilitated many high-profile transactions for a diverse network of clients including developers, investors, institutions and national retailers and looks forward to continuing to achieve these optimal results in his most recent role as a Director in the Retail team at JLL Auckland.​
