With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and a focus on leasing solutions for top tier corporates in the Auckland market, Ross leverages his extensive regional tenant advisory, leasing and capital markets experience to provide a unique perspective and skill-set to projects.
Ross qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK in the valuation and advisory field, prior to spending 10 years in various office leasing roles in the Hong Kong market, ultimately co-heading the Office Services business line for Colliers.
In 2014, Ross relocated to New Zealand and took up a nationwide corporate portfolio role with ANZ Bank, before then leading an award-winning Occupier Advisory business for CBRE. Ross moved to the JLL Capital Markets team in 2018 and has recently transitioned into the Office Leasing Advisory business.
