Ross is the Head of Office Leasing Advisory at JLL, specialising in solutions for top tier corporates in across the New Zealand market. With over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ross brings a unique global perspective to his role, stemming from senior positions in multiple international markets.
Following his Chartered Surveyor qualification in the UK, Ross spent a decade in various office leasing roles in Hong Kong, culminating in Director & Co-head of Office Services at Colliers. In 2014, Ross relocated to New Zealand, taking up a nationwide corporate portfolio role with ANZ Bank, before leading an award-winning Occupier Advisory business for CBRE. In 2018, Ross moved to the JLL Capital Markets team, focusing on capital solutions and transactions for institutional and high net worth clients in the upper qartile of the New Zealand market, transacting a total of ~NZD 500m during his tenure.
In his current role, Ross manages all facets of the Office Leasing Advisory business across New Zealand.
